St. Louis Swingers Clubs & Bars Guide: Lifeinstyle, Sultry Sarah’s, Shameless Grounds & More
St. Louis is a little different from cities that have a large, obvious public swinger-club scene. The strongest players are a mix of private lifestyle organizations, event promoters, and ENM-friendly social venues. Shameless Grounds specifically says there are currently no public walk-in swinger/sex clubs in St. Louis where sexual activity is legally offered on-site.
The major names I would put on a St. Louis lifestyle directory are:
Lifeinstyle STL — probably the biggest name to know. They run verified-members-only lifestyle events, hotel parties/takeovers, themed parties, meet-and-greets and other events around St. Louis. Their current 2026 calendar includes a September Hotwife Party, September meet-and-greet at Chapter 3 Soulard, and a large Halloween weekend in October. They describe themselves specifically as serving swinger/open-minded couples.
GALC — Gateway Alternative Lifestyle Center. This is one of the more significant local alternative-lifestyle organizations I found. It's an adults-only nonprofit/community venue at 2753 Magnolia Ave, St. Louis, geared toward alternative-lifestyle social events, education and community. Unlike a normal nightclub, it functions more like a private lifestyle/community organization.
Shameless Grounds — Benton Park. This is probably the most established public-facing ENM meeting spot. It's a sex-positive café at 1901 Withnell Ave that holds an ENM & Lifestyle Night on the fourth Friday of most months, generally 6–10 PM. Swingers, poly people, open couples and ENM-curious people attend. It's explicitly a social/mixer rather than an on-premise play club.
Sultry Sarah's Social Club. Another St. Louis lifestyle-oriented social organization worth including. Current listings associate its flagship events with 1428 N Broadway and describe social nights and larger "Sultry Soirée" events. A current national lifestyle-club directory also lists it as one of only three specifically identified St. Louis lifestyle organizations, along with Lifeinstyle and Shameless Grounds.
Chapter 3 Soulard. This isn't itself a swinger club, but it's important because Lifeinstyle uses it for lifestyle meet-and-greets and nights out. For example, Lifeinstyle currently lists its September 26, 2026 Fishnets & Denim Meet and Greet there.
There are also adjacent adult/nightlife players that aren't really swinger clubs. The Club St. Louis is a 24/7 private men's club/gay sauna, so I would classify it separately rather than call it a couples lifestyle club. The Facility legal BDSM dungeon and educational facilty is another alternative-adult community venue, but it's primarily kink/BDSM-oriented rather than a conventional swinger organization. Across the river, Country Rock Cabaret and Larry Flynt's Hustler Club - St. Louis Strip Club are major couples-friendly adult-nightlife venues, but they're adult entertainment clubs, not swinger clubs.
